Your property is treated as if it is my very own property. I do not spend a penney of your money unless you give me the approval to do so. We will lease your property and find a qualified tenant. The prospective tenant is screened through a credit application, background check, check for hot checks written, previously evictions and detailed interview. We expect the tenants to pay rent by the 1st of the month, but they have until the 3rd of the month before late fees occur. TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: All applicants must have verifiable gross monthly income equal to at least 3 - 5 times the monthly rent. All applicants must be in good standing at their current job for at least 6 months and previous work history of at least 2 years. All applicants must have current and previous verifiable rental and / or mortgage history for a previous period of at least 2 years and be in good standing with them. All applicants' credit history will be reviewed to determine current and past payment compliance. All applicants' background information will be reviewed. Discrepancies in any or all of the above requirements could be grounds for denial. Lease Terms are for one year unless otherwise noted or approved by owner.
